Once you have spoken to our truck coordinator and are ready to book your event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date and time. The balance is due two weeks prior to the date of your event.
Because there is so much preparation for an event, there are no rain checks. Our trucks come rain or shine. If you cancel your reservation due to rain/weather, your deposit will not be refunded.
The truck will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time and leave promptly at the end time, unless other arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
Events are booked on a first come, first serve basis. In addition to booking your event date, please make sure beforehand that our truck is able to park at your venue.
Cancellation policy: an event can be postponed and receive a new event date if the cancellation date is at least two weeks prior to the event date.
Distance: Our trucks travel a standard distance within a 25 mile radius of New Hope. If your event requires further travel distance, an additional fee may apply.
